Ellen called me yesterday. My contact was brief as I was on the side of the rode on my cell phone. She reiterated her frustration with the Bloomberg "hatchet job". She stated that the media dept was in contact with Bloomberg. She did say that the FDA was given certain preliminary data (which seems to surprise some of you) and that they requested more analysis (which seems to contradict what the CFO is saying). I asked if this was unusual and she stated that this is not a usual situation. The impression I received from the entire thing is that we have risk here (big surprise) and that things didn't go as well as expected but that they could still be okay.

I took it all as an indication that I should sell half my shares to reduce my risk, but keep the rest to retain some upside.
