Run Win31 programs under Win98 ...

The trick is to get all the needed files copied: .EXE, .PIF, .HLP, .INI, .DLL, ...

Win98 creates the (Hidden!).GID files for you the first time the program runs.

Hint: Look inside the .INI files to determine what the program's expecting to find in the way of directories and support files.

I've no difficulty running my Win31 stuff on my Win98 machine. Perhaps I live right.
