Mine called this AM and said "If it does not trade by Friday 15:59:59, then they will be automatically excercised and I will have a short postion....when the stock then trades I have to buy back.

Now I have a short position in my account....I have to call tommorrow though, I'm confused....it shows short at 3 1/16...I'm very confused. I have Aug 5 puts.
