aren't all their competitors? I thought Verio goes after a different market and is by far the leader in the small / medium business market, where exds is not strong and probably doesn't want to be either.

Verio targets small and mid market and still does shared hosting. they are trying to move up but don't have the scale to compete with exds, digx, gtei etc. not a true competitor
