One small problem, Michael. If I were raped, I'd abort myself. And if your hypothetical man decided to keep me tied up so that I couldn't then I'd kill him if I could, and if I couldn't, I'd kill myself. I think Nihil's point was that if you are down to two members of a species, that species has failed. That isn't a diverse enough gene pool to allow reconstruction; inbreeding would almost certainly lead to quick extinction in any event. They'd be better off doing what they wanted; nature being nature they would almost certainly end up reproducing sooner or later anyway, despite initial objections.

Obviously, I don't believe the Adam/Eve story.
