Dorine, DELL was never halted today! I traded DELL five times all morning (not with my 'forever' shares of course!!!) and followed every tick from opening bell to closing bell. No one can stop, or halt, DELL <VBG> Best Wishes, Sam

Dorine: I do not know what happened... I watched Bloomberg for a little while tonight, but I did not hear anything about it. 96 million shares were traded. Pretty wonderful! OT OT I am not a talk show host. I do like to talk, though!:) I work with some major talk show hosts, but I am not one of them. I am behind the scenes. My company has had some big names like Ollie North and now Michael Medved (#1 at his flagship in Seattle). I also work with Cal Thomas, the most widely read Op Ed columnist in the US, in over 500 newspapers. We work with a lot of conservative political types. We have had Senator John Ashcroft too (R-MO). We have turned down some major people who were not a good fit for our brand of talk. We are also into News and Music Programming. I was one of the first people at our network, six years ago. I work directly for the President of the company and I oversee the National syndication for all of our News/Talk and Music programs. We also have a News Network, based in DC and three music formats. I also oversee the syndication of that programming as well. We have over 1225 affiliates nationwide. My parent company is based in CA. I also sell Satellite Time and some advertising. We also just bought an Internet company and we own 52 radio stations. We own publishing companies, a software company and a Rep Firm. It is a solid company. We are in the top ten groups of broadcasters. I am not telling secrets, because this is all published. We just had an IPO in July. Prior to coming on board, six years ago, I was into local radio, all music. Hot AC (Hot Adult Contemporary)/CHR (Contemporary Hits/Top 40) and Adult Contemporary are my formats... I was into Sales and Programming. I had a lot National Accounts (Coke and 7-11... I was very involved in working with the 5th largest bottler in the US and I learned so much from working with Coke). I loved doing music programming, but I have always loved politics and talk radio is exciting. I did not major in Communications. I taught Elementary School at two Private Schools in the San Francisco Bay Area and acted as a part-time Counselor at two girls' boarding schools, one in CA and one in Dallas. I was also a Young Life Leader. That prepared me for radio and I am doing something that has been a good career fit for me. But it is a high burn-out position. I am one of those creative types and I love to brainstorm and come up with new ideas. You did not ask for this full explanation, did you? I am pretty detailed and you should see my e-mails at work. I think I have over 1,000 stored at a time, to the dismay of our Technical Director. I am a sanguine/choleric personality type if you know what that means... I am a happy, people oriented, detailed, driven, energetic, fun-loving, type A... I told Daniel that he had to be junior control freak. I am a walking contradiction, but it works... So, that is what I do... I have crazy days that different each day. I am blessed to be there. I work with great people. But, retirement still looks great!! And, I want to get my MBA and also write. I have a lot of ideas and I think I am young enough to pursue them. I just have to work on God's time-line. I have a habit of getting ahead of Him and I know who will win... So, there is the short story of what I have been doing since I moved here in 1986. I hope I did not bore you... I honestly discovered that I am a career type and thought that I would have a bigger family by now, but God has His own plans and I am following Him. And the ride has had bumps, but the future is bright!! Like everyone, I have fallen down and learned as I have gone along, but I think I have matured well. And there are major things I would have done differntly, but I truly feel that those things will be reconciled, in God's timing. I have a lot of faith. I rely on God and I am learning to make the right choices... But, it is all going to be on His time-line, and not mine. I don't have enough patience!! :) Have a great night! That is it...
