You sure got that right, they use their inhouse data to get an idea
of how people are betting , and that's sent to their war room
but now with all the discounters their inhouse data is lacking,
or may not be a good representative of how the rest of the world
is betting.

Waterhouse don't run a war room, but most full service brokers do.
