Bill, With cash and blind addresses you are talking about concerted efforts to escape sales tax and it won't work for Inut commerce, which is what I was driving at.

As far as grabbing records, yes they can. States, as in USA States, not world Sovereigns, shouldn't squawk too much. The major impediment to date has been it is not worth the cost of the effort to collect the information on almost all these sales.
