A few observations by comparing Tom's e-mail yesterday to the "About Infocall" on the web page (posted apx 4 or 5 months ago?):

- Assuming that year 1 is fiscal '99, annual rev projections went from $100M to $90M, with EBITA going from $5.5 to $4.3. However, no mention of EPS. I guess a 20% slice in EBITA would proportionately bring the EPS down to around .20, but without seeing the numbers, who really knows?

- Insider holdings went from 3.8M to 4.8M. With total outstanding going from apx 8M to 8.7M.

I'd like to know when the official name change will take place and when the launch of the website will be. This all sounds like a great plan, but I have a sneaking feeling all this new info is going to push back reporting and Nasdaq listing timelines back even further away then they are now, IMHO. I'll respond to Tom's e-mail with those questions and see what my response is.
Still very leary about the direction this stock is going. Judging by the fact that INFE has mentioned they were working with three separate investment groups in the last year (EBI, London-Manhattan and Travis Morgan)and the dwindling daily volume on this stock, it looks like there is no interest in it whatsoever by outside investors, in my opinion.

<<<<INFE - Sales and Earnings History* (Unaudited)............... 1998 Sales $0.060 million. Pre-Tax Income ($236.146). >>>>>

1998 sales of $60,000 with losses of $236,000?

Weren't their figures for projected sales for 1998 (released about halfway through the year last year) around $20 million?

Guess they miscalculated a bit. Yikes! How do you spell fraud?
