(AMEX:NTN - news) announced today that it has sold the assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary, IWN Inc., to eBet Limited (ASX:EBT) in exchange for approximately $1.3 million in cash and 4,000,000 shares of eBet stock. The sale of the IWN assets, which included a 25% interest in eBet Online Limited -- formerly IWN Australasia Limited -- and certain Internet gaming technology, generated a one-time pre-tax gain to NTN of approximately $2.3 million.
