If that's the case all of these stocks should have "Buy" ratings (20% threshold at ML) and they should have price targets with 50-100% upside, don't you think?

The reality is that most previously established price targets were unchanged or LOWERED. And some of the targets were seen for the very first time.

For example, Blodget initiated coverage of ATHM at $91. He set a $50 target -- a first for the stock. What happened from $91 to the $30s.
