Ari,

I appreciate your input and we will just have to ignore Mr. Jacobs barbs as they usually are bull____ as we have proven on more than one occasion.

I am not sure what you are asking when you say breakdown the cancelled options. Of the 683K options to be cancelled they breakdown as of June 30,1999:

Date----------------Shares-----Strike price
Aug 1 1999-----------10,000------2.20 Expired worthless?
Aug 1 1999-----------17,000------1.33 ?
Feb 10 2001--------- 26,900------1.39
Apr 14 2000---------180,000------2.09 Directors
Apr 14 2000---------350,000------2.09 Directors/officers
Apr 14 2000--------- 70,000------2.09 Unknown
Total---------------653,900

1,000 of the origianl 600,000 expiring Apr 14, 2000 were exercised but I do not know by who so the June 30,1999 report lists 652,900 as still outstanding. I am not sure were the other 30,500 came from in the reported cancelation of 683,400 or who the remaining 66,600 were issued to apparently after June 30,1999 to come to the 750,000 stated in the 8/6/99 PR to be reissued.

Hope this helps.
