Let's not confuse intelligence with common sense. Starr lacks common sense. Plus, to put all that lurid detail in a report about a President of the United States shows a lack of respect for the institution of the Presidency (yes, Clinton also lacks such respect). Every lawyer I know believes an effective and complete report could have been written without that cigar-detail.

Mark I didn't hear Jackie Mason's comments, but I am sure they are good. He is a very funny guy.
