Since insiders have to comply with the six month short term profits rule, I will guess that these purchases, while a positive statement for the long term, almost guarantee that there is no deal in the near term.

Nice movements of CDN these days, managed to close above 12 (although somewhat below the intraday high). Buying in Frankfurt, Germany, is still pretty active, all in all: this stock looks good and there is a lot more to come.
