Here's the proof in your own pudding: You can't compare the Russian mafia to the Bosnian Government. The Bosnian government is a local organization with fair potential. The Russian Government is a financial Ponzi scheme . Ten Billion dollars is about 5X the monthly cash reserve of the nation. I know you keep worshipping these Russian clowns as the new harbingers of peace and freedom in the Balkans but the fact of the matter is that they are intolerant, radical, violent jerks.
