HHH Entertainment Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board:
HHHE) - Outback Mountainboards Opens Up a Public Mountainboard
Park at Mt. Shasta

KENNEWICK, Wash., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- HHH ENTERTAINMENT INC.
(OTC Bulletin Board: HHHE - news) Outback Mountainboards 1-888-EAT-DIRT www.mountainboarding.com

Outback Mountainboards has officially opened up a public mountainboard park at Mt. Shasta. It's named Savage Mountain
Dirt Terrain Park and specially designed for riding enjoyment complete with bank turns, table tops and jumps. Outback
Mountainboards can be rented for use at the park and available for purchase are Outback T-shirts, hats and sweatshirts.

Don't miss the ''Pacific Crest Dirtboard competition'' at Boreal Ridge Ski Resort, near Truckee, CA (just north of Lake
Tahoe) September 3-5, 1999. Last year's competitions in CA included over 250 riders from all over the world. Come watch
Outbacks' Team Riders push head to head with the competition in Bordercross and Big Air competitions. The action from the
event will also be shown on TV. Be on the lookout for it on Fox Sports' ''Board Wild'' show. Local news and ESPN-2 may
also be televising this thrilling competition!

The summer Gravity Games taking place Sept. 5-12 in Providence, RI will include mountainboarding as a new demonstration
sport. The Gravity Games air on NBC Sports. Outback Mountainboards and the ATBA (All Terrain Boarding Association) is
working to have the sport be a regularly scheduled event for NBC's Summer Gravity Games and ESPN's Summer X-Games.

Boardercross International Snowboard Academy (BXI) at Mt. Hood, OR now includes instruction on Outbacks'
mountainboards. Guests receive expert coaching and instruction in freestyle, freeride, boardercross and all mountain riding and
racing.

Outback Mountainboards continues to make progress on its successful marketing strategy of increasing awareness and demand
for this rapidly growing sport by:

opening rental programs at mountain resorts everywhere
televising competitions
supporting camp programs
providing website for more information on events and places to ride

Outback Mountainboards is working on new product developments. A junior board which will be designed for kids age 8-12
in mind. Kids love this new sport and soon we will offer a board for them that will keep them buying new Outback boards,
accessories, t-shirts, helmets, pads and more! For the big kids who like to get big air, Outback is designing an all new 4-wheel
board. Next years' products will also feature exciting new colors and graphics.

Outback is setting up new sales distribution systems and will be soon selling product on-line as e-commerce continues to be a
more significant part of sporting goods sales. Outback will also continue to use a network of specialty sporting good stores to
offer the product internationally. Price range for the mountainboard: $299-$349 suggested retail.

Riding an Outback Mountainboard has the feel of snowboarding without snow or surfing without waves. It is important to
follow the sales of related sports for evaluating the potential of mountainboard sales. According to the recent Snow Industry
Association (SIA) audit, the 1998-99 snow season had $164 million in snowboard equipment sales. Of course, the summer
season is longer and mountainboarding can be done most everywhere and it attracts skateboarders, mountain bikers, in-line
skaters, surfers and snowboarders. So look for sales of Outback Mountainboards to some day outpace the snowboard sales
figures!
