Today, I got a call from the old owner. He asked me if I wanted to sell him my shares direct because he did not want to go through the market and cause a run on the stock.

He did not want to give me what I paid for the stock.

Been holding these shares for years.

H. Seth Kaplan has a new consulting agreement which is paid for with an option to buy 5,000,000 shares at $0.03.
Any idea if these shares would be restricted, or would they be free trading immediately.
