Yes key for NITE going forward is One) maintain market share or increase market share. there is no evidence that NITE is losing market share, ECN's will not take market share. Two) Market health. The evidence here is that volume is growing year over year at a very healthly rate. this is nothing but a positive. During this Normal Summer slowdown the volume is relatively high which says that in the 4th Qtr we could see (just a guess) NASDAQ volume average over 1 Billion shares per day.
