MSFT is still one of the best companies out, it is just that the net is getting too big and offering too many oppurtunites to offer consumers the products that MSFT charges a lot of money for absolutely free. As I have said earlier, I am about to become a direct competitor of MSFT, and they will truly have a problem dealing with the business model. I am not the only one going after the cash cow, either. MSFT's strongest advantages are its management team and its lock on the market via proprietary technologies. The net now commoditizes many of those technologies, significantly leveling the playing field. Notice how aggressively MSFT is moving into broadband in an attempt to lock up the primary distribution channels of the nest wave of computing and convergence.

As for analysis, I no longer provide that for free - it got too expensive and time consuming.
