Qualcomm to own 16.2% of network in Brazil to be constructed by Nortel. Does anybody know if QualComm's contribution
was in the form of advance royalty payments for CDMA technology?

Canbra was formed by Bell Canada International (34.4 percent), US-based VeloCom Inc., formerly WLL International (34.4 percent), and QUALCOMM (16.2 percent), Argentina-based Grupo Liberman (12.5 percent), and Taquari Participaoes
