IRVINE, Calif., Aug 19, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
JustMed.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of SIMS Communications Inc.
(Nasdaq: SIMS) Thursday announced it plans to raise up to $100 million
through the sale of shares of its common stock in an initial public
offering. The proceeds from this offering will be used to fund project
development for its Internet healthcare Web site.

The offering by JustMed.com will be made only by means of a prospectus,
which will be filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Creative Gourmet Gets Contract To Supply In-Flight Desserts To Air France

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Creative Gourmet Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CRGI) announced today
that it has signed a one-year contract with Ambassador Foods to supply desserts to Air France. The contract is for over one
million dollars over the next twelve months. Creative Gourmet will be supplying desserts directly to the Los Angeles
International Airport, Newark International Airport, and Miami International Airport hubs of Air France, among some of their
other locations. The first shipment is expected for delivery on September 1, 1999. "With our much larger new facility getting
