What's wrong with having some extra water on hand, just in case? Although 5,000 gallons may be a bit much, the world would be far better off if most people had emergency supplies of water and food, as long as they rotated it properly. Anything can happen where people will need emergency supplies, it does'nt even have to be related to Y2K. Yogi
