You're right, I read it correctly but inferred that you included abortion in your list of things that decrease quality of life.... I was saying teenage pregnancy decreases quality of life... ok, if that wasn't your point. I don't know about the liberal agenda - which I assume means welfare, etc. - decreasing the quality of life for minorities. Out here they don't give welfare mothers enough money to get out of their situation but I think thats a regional problem. If I had my way I would combine social security and welfare into one program for all poor. I would increase the welfare payments to a workable dollar amt where the recipients could afford child care and decent housing, this would have the net effect of decreasing social security payments I suspect (and wealthy seniors wouldn't get SS). Then I would impose workfare and restrictions on welfare for anybody under 65.
