The thread lives! And so does Double E, by all appearances. Sorry about the taunting, old chap, but I thought rudeness was standard protocol here, judging by how Luxor treats its long-term shareholders. My apologies, and no hard feelings. I assume that your medical condition has kept you from visiting Luxor, but your good health is far more important to us than a couple of bucks flushed down Vancouver-ways.
