Average Indian probably won't stay in A/C hotels but 'upper middle class' and above probably would.If you want to go 'native' it costs a lot less of course but I don't know whether you would be able to 'take' it,if you are adventurous and has strong constitution I am sure you can. The new Enfield Lightning 500 may have some improved 'electricals' etc but I am not sure but one thing for sure if something goes wrong with any of this Enfields you can probably fix it yourself or find a mechanic anywhere in the country without much difficulty 'coz the technology is old and very simple. royalenfield.com
