Larry: You could be right about that, unless C.C. feels they've got the time to shove it way down and then hurry up and convert before any broadside associated with a p.o. occurred. This is just thinking about this from that 6 day averaging aspect to the conversion ratio.

Actually, come to think of it, if this IS the case, whereby someone's trying to garner the best conversion ratio....then that's a bullish sign, eh? Just trying to find a silver lining, so to speak. By the way, as I speak VLNC looks to be surging. Saaaay, what're the odds on a volume reversal being at hand? Volume reversal? Yup, you know, large volume, the low for the day being the low of recent months, and it closing higher than the prior days high?

We've got roughly 2 hours to go, so let's see how it plays out.

Regards!

John~

I have a question for you.

If the price rebounds above 5 1/2 and stays there, do you think Castle Creek will take advantage of the ten days of low prices and convert their preferred shares sometime in the next week?

Or do you think they will let this window of opportunity to convert pass, and keep the convertible preferred, and look for another sell-off to even lower prices in the future?

I have the ten day moving average of the closing prices at yesterday's close at 5.46.

Please tell me your thoughts on this.
