By that statement, which I've heard numerous times before, I take it to mean your Bullish. I'm not cautiously Bullish. I'm outrightly Bearish ( and have given reasons for my view) and I expect the next leg down to accelerate after options expiration.
Like the trade deficit figures? Or, have you conveniently ignored them in your cautious stance?

How you get "Bullish" from "extremely cautious" I'll never know.
