Malcolm, I am still a holder of Fonar stock and like most here I am well and truely underwater on this stock. I have formed the strong conviction that even though Fonar technology and business plan may have some potential value the shareholders are not going to ever realise this potential without a serious change in management.

This is not another tirade against the good doctor, but it is obvious that Wall street and the investor community does not have confidence in the Fonar management or believes that there will ever be something of value there. Nor do I believe that Doctor D should leave the company; the man obviously has exceptional talent, but that talent is not the sort that Wall street expects in a CEO. His drive and energy would be best directed at the technical aspects of the business and getting an energetic CEO more in tune with the smoke and mirrors, dog and pony shows that the investment community has come to expect.

I'm saddened that this is the way business has to be done but it is the reality of the stock market and only way that Fonar can ever get to see the BIG PICTURE IMHO.
