James, the 5 dma appears to be hesitating to cross the 20 dma, although the 20 is turning down to lend some aid in the process. In this bull run we have relatively few examples of the 5 dma being below the 20, and where it failed to cross previously, it soon was able to. I would think you hold the position that this hesitation is temporary while weak longs are being cleaned out (or some other healthy retreat) before the run up, and not more serious difficulties?
