Okay, I see slowly divest the business of any operation (so why hire a EVP?). Maybe this is the strategy as the latest annoncements indicate that the current subscriber base is it -- at least for now.
One burning question, why would CVUS have ANY accounts payable after the big cash for spectrum swap with WCII?
Speaking of WCII, do you think NXLK did the samething as WCII did to ARTT awhile back? That is buy just enough of the company (even at a premium) to keep other potential buyers at bay?
Bernard, if CVUS sells 15O MHz to NXLK, aren't they now out of spectrum, or perhaps I lost count of the spectrum amounts being sold away. How can the FCC just stand by and approve the whole sale sell off of frequency that was given as in part because of "Pioneers Preference". If CVUS is / was not going to "use" the spectrum, should they not give it back to the government for auction?
Lot's of questions as always.
