I have already responded to your questions in previous posts. Any proof of involvement of Dayton/Nesbitt burns in a short position will undoubtedly be revealed at trial where Medinah will seek appriopriate compensatory damages. My sources of information have no relevance to the questions I asked you nor any relevance at all, IMO. Certainly, the information is unofficial as nothing in a company PR or on the website states them.

Again-the questions:

WLD, please explain how you know the BC SEC is investigating 2 "insiders" close to Medinah.
Also, the term "insiders" has a special meaning. Do you really mean "insiders" or those "close" to Medinah?

Also, since BC SEC has no authority over an American company-they must be investigating something from an involvent previously in an Canadian company-ie has nothing to do with Medinah-care to elaborate?
