The DVI was worse than the index going into the close.
Along with all of this I have to look at the dollar index
from time to time.
If it keeps falling then the DVI will too, and we could
even pass the 111 mark.

More recently I've seen a lot of the market reacting to the
value of dollar.
Lower interest rates don't always drive stocks up, take last
year interest rates fell with stocks like gang busters,
and the market never bottomed until the dollar did.
If the dollar turns up we could and will likey rally,
but if it don't we will keep sinking.
