Hi Jorj.,

I would have felt better not seeing information from the 10-Q.
30,885,100 shares outstanding x $0.25 = $7,721,000 loss for six months. Or was it $0.0025 EPS?

The assets would not include the 777WINS acquisition. Did it say how much of the $2,252,000 in assets was for Rogel and how much of the assets were for eSportsbet? Does it show how much goodwill was placed on the books due to the new acquisitions?

What was the revenue figures for 1999 vs 1998? Did it indicate how much of the revenue was from eSportsbet?

If the report shows that ECNC is paying down debt, is it being paid down with new stock? If ECNC lost money from operations, the pay down is not coming from there.

The September 10-Q are due by November 15, 1999. I wonder it ECNC will release any preliminary financial figures?

TIA.
