If you log in to the room(s), the default setting automatically logs the chat in a new file every day, titled by date, located in your mirc folder. Unfortunately, you do have to stay in the room to acquire the log. I am not aware of any central location of logs, though I wouldn't doubt the various mirc servers around the world keep their own logs. Doubtful they would allow you to access them , though.

Just log in and minimize the window(s), and you'll have your log. Make sure you set the setting to record the time stamps.

mIRC has logs, as mentioned by TLC, that can be reviewed

i may have something in two weeks that can help your mIRC summary
will post then

it's based on my 'sentiment analysis' concept
plotting sentiment versus price +/- to see which comes first by ticker
