News release: Int'l Taurus private placement for $100,000 International Taurus Resources Inc ITS Shares issued 28,530,403 Sep 30 close $0.21 Fri 1 Oct 99 News Release Mr. Robert Blakestad reports The company has arranged a private placement of 476,190 shares at 21 cents for gross proceeds of $100,000. The private placement will have share-purchase warrants attached to purchase an additional 476,190 shares at 21 cents for one year. A 6-per-cent finder's fee will be payable in cash. The purpose of this private placement is to provide general working capital to the company.
