Manny; I am recently long this stock bought last week @.23, maybe looking to buy more tomorrow. I have a couple of questions: 1) Has ecnc done any private placements with convertible debentures to raise cash? 2) Who is doing all the shorting and why? All Good Regards;

JUST GOT CALLED BY TOM! 7:20 pm est 8/19/99 I have rarely heard Tom so UP, so confident (and yes he is very aware of what happened to our price today, and it is not impossible to see some kind of investigation or litigation. I tell this to you from Tom to alert you that even while in the Windy City, he had one eye on the camera and the other on our stock. Let's remember what Matt said. This amount of information which I have revealed with the benison of Tom is to let you know he is not asleep at the helm. More specific information, obviously cannot and will not be revealed at this time.) The interview on Emerging Company went P E R F E C T L Y (another pun; this one Tom's). It was in the ambiance of a kind of brokers' and traders' fair, so our exposure was quite extensive. The interview went so well that Tom feels it will be a force in spreading our presence to millions of people in the most positive light. Meanwhile things are in progress with Mr. Gray. Tom and Mr. Gray met Monday to IMPLEMENT the plan! This alliance is going forward as I type. The best way I can summarize Tom was that he was confident, like the cat ready to swallow the canary. Thus, he understandably urges us to not panic at manipulation - to remain long, and the revenues that we need for our next 10Q are NOT very far around the corner.
