The Butthunter IPO is not supposed to be until Q1 2000.

NEW YORK (Reuters) August 19 - David Hasselhoff, president and CEO of Butthunter.com denied reports that his company had filed an S-1 with the SEC for an initial public offering. Hasselhoff, creative director and star of the wildly popular television series ButtWatch, baywatchtv.com indicated that the public offering is projected for Q1 2000. Butthunter! the first of a series of soft-core video games is currently in beta site development.

"The ratings for BayWatch experience a seasonal decline in the summer months, since people can watch the real thing at beaches all around the world", Hasselhoff noted. "Our Board of Directors feels that the best time for a public offering will be in the doldrums of January".
