<<Very shortly we may hit $20 in my opinion. Today's most Internet stocks closed in red, its bleeding everywhere in net sector but NETP closed higher. We should see a nice rally in stock price once Nasdaq goes higher in coming sessions. NETP's last few press releases of new customers is very impressive.>>

WST: I totally agree and still have my shares....this company continues to be dramatically undervalued and under-appreciated -- yet, that's starting to change. Each week there seems to be more interest in NETP and their products.....the "perception" about NETP is changing....IMO, the 20s are not that far away at all....remember, $23 is where this stock hit the public market on the day it went public...Hmmmm...this stock could (and should) climb quite a ways from here. I like Wit Capital's $40 price target and I really like your $50 price target <VBG>!!

Best Regards,

Scott

Please notice these comments that BBRS made...

<< We expect further announcements from Net
Perceptions as more eMarketers and eTailers use the company's
product to help target both product and ad recommendations.
We believe the company has a lead with its technology and
could represent an attractive acquisition candidate someday. >>

Have a great weekend.

Best Regards,
