very true. I have a copy of the 10Q (not up online yet but filed 8/13) if you would like it. I can email it to you. PM me. No insider trading that I can detect. Maybe some selling by those who have received stock from the company as part of acquisitions or for services, but at these levels??? Crazy. It's a puzzle I can't put together yet.

CIMA, I hit quite a high note on the ECNC thread the other day with #1473 and #1472, if I am not mistaking.. CLick my profile or look on th ECNC thread.. I laid it out very very clearly why I beleive the stock has dropped. I NEVER recommend anything. I don't know why people call it that. I never ever use the word recommend in anything. It doesn't matter whether you make money or not, it's not a reco.!! That is very importnat. But, true, I talked about ECNC (or sent out an alert to the OTCBB team) when it was .33 to be exact. BUt, I put in there, to please watch the trading. IF you noticed, in numerous posts, I said, I AM NOT IN YET. I said, I would post it in realtime on the thread. I am in for .195 and .2. I am down .04 as of right now...that is 20%, not 60%. That's that story! :-) Now onto this more shares issue. This is all going through a PP at the price per share of $1. This will include a warrant at a price of $1. 10 million shares, that I think will be restricted for 1+ years. Hope this clears up a few issues...BUt, ALWAYS stay on my toes like that..keeps ME in line! <G> FM
