Ok, should we start a Michelle Haris thread, and I ask YOU if you ever snorted cocaine, did you ever pop pills, have you ever mainlined anything, and last have you ever lied under oath? I am sure your employees and customers would like to know. Will you answer?
dan

ps: these reporters on tv all day are absolutely slobbering all over themselves with this deal. Forbes finally got on TV to push his position and the only questions he was asked were all variations of whether or not BUSH did cocaine.

Michelle,

Warning! You have been caught in the throes of a Liberal Wet Dream. Upon waking you will be a bit saddened by your return to reality but it is for the best. VBG

re putting GW under oath.

In what legal action is this going to take place? If he is called to testify in some action how would his rumored use of something in College have any bearing on the case? The question would be disallowed unless you expect him to be sued by a friend who claims to have been shorted when they split a gram of coke in '73 or whenever.

Half the people I know that were between 15 and 35 in the early seventies did pot, coke, and more at some point. If we are going to disqualify everyone who did drugs at some point in their life we will lose some very fine people.

GW when asked "Did you do drugs?"
"I am not going to answer that question. I am not going to play that game."

Slick Willy when asked "Did you commit adultery?"
"No?"

I like the comparison.

If you don't want a POTUS who might have used a controlled substance in college it is going to be very hard to fill that office in future elections. We know the current occupant can't pass that litmus test and I am reasonably certain his wife would fail too. I would not bet on Gore, Forbes, Bauer, Bradley, McCain, or even Dole to pass that test. If McCain told me point blank that he never did I would believe him. The rest would leave me in doubt.

Can't you understand that, regardless if he did or didn't, the statute of limitations has run out and he can not be convicted of that crime?...TD
