But you have to be consistent and if you are going to impeach someone on personal conduct and some "back room" Jane Doe allegations I am consistent, as I don't know anyone impeached for personal conduct; someone WAS impeached for lying under oath... and there was WAY MORE than some back room Jane Doe allegations as you put it.
