I am fully aware of HUD being an unrestricted license contractor for many years. Problem with this stock is no one wants to accumulate it and hold. If they are accumulating it then the selling is far greater than the accumulation. Also you must be aware there is not much money in HUD projects. Mostly Image stimulation.

Like I have said before ... they are promoting a good business image and maybe good revenues but the trading is the problem... Typically when one goes up and retracts it finds a new floor. This one never does. After the split it was .31 then .31 then .28 and this time is already .25 with the peaks being .625 then .5625 then .5625 then .4375.

The low is .18 pre split and from the looks of it that is where it is going again.

Has anyone done a stock structure and compared it to a post split?
