Rande,
I would enjoy your take on the following. ABTE (telecommunications, lays fiber optics, developing EZ Pass in New Jersey) will have revenues this year in the $400 to $500 mill range and they have a market cap of around $120 mill.

Today, after the close Nelson Peltz of Triarc (same guys that took over Snapple and Arby's and probably a billionaire) announced they are considering buying out $40 mill of ABTE's debt (for stock). The debt is mostly to MCI-Worldcom. This will probably mean that they own 25%-30% when its all done. Any opinion?
