So often you are like a freaking sounding board for me. Same here after reading the recent 10Q....lots of stock exchanged for services and acquisitions. Not all of it restricted. :(

Still amazes me they would cheapen their own deal selling dirt cheap...but there are all kinds out there. Email your concerns to Tom direct at dirk1@cnmnetwork.com.

I am running short on free time and think putting it in your own words will get a better response.

Keep us all advised. I need to post the damn 10Q on a website or something...emailing my BUTT off!! LOL

Thanks Matt. I think there's more to this than shorts. It is likely the recent recipients of free-trading shares that are unloading. I've PM'ed Jordan for a copy of the 10Q. I'll take a look and see what the number of possible shares to dump is. It gives an idea as to how far and how long this can go on for. That was my point. I never meant to suggest Tom and the committed people were dumping shares.

I also agree you're always careful to not recommend a company as you are not licensed to do so. Didn't mean to imply that either. You have a great team and the DD done by all is better than many brokerage houses. Your service helps all small investors make their investment decisions more secure (most of the time - VBG!). :-)
