Yep, there's more to it. Ontario I know about or aboot depending on which language. The import duties were outta sight so even with cheaper dollars the Kanucks were buying US and sliding back home. Tires, radios.....

Now remember the "giant sucking sound" Perot mentioned? NAFTA? Skips import duty. US doesn't have the VA tax.
