Tim- come clean, dude. You know they did not all sell! Maybe none of them did. Heck, if I were one of the early investors (not an "insider" mind you, ) I'd be walking to the nearest fax machine every 3 mos and filing the 144 too. But, Tim I understand you are new to this type of thing. So I forgive you. Tim - what is your problem with pnlk? What do you have against us? Please share. We can work this out. Let's talk. I am sure we on this thread can help you. We don't want to have to do an "intervention" on you, and really embarress you in person and all! Victor
