<<You can split hairs, as you seem to want to do, but I don't see any way they get even close to $5 Million for 1999. If you do, I'd like to hear how.

BTW, roberson must be breathing a little easier after today. Up almost 15% to 68 cents.>>

If you want to know if Roberson is breathing easier or not ask him, not me.

I don't have any more personal information for total sales than you do. However, I understand the logic of holding off on booking done deals until SEC stamp of approval. I am not suggesting that FNTN is doing that or not. Just that there is an advantage to it and I have to take that into consideration when considering total sales. Time will tell. If 2Q is not more than 1998 revenues that would strongly suggest to me that 5 mil. is unatainable. I'll just wait to see the numbers.

I am not trying to split hairs with anyone not do I need to be bullish or bearish on any stock. Actually I trade the market emotionlessly. I just look at the facts.

It's very simple actually. I try to identify sigs of tops and bottoms reguardless of the fundamental picture of a company.

Sentiment for FNTN is at its all time low. Most investors will not purchase a stock until it is well off of its lows. Most investors will not sell a stock until it is well off of its highs. Several large blocks of sells continue to go through every day yet the price is not going down. This would qualify as a technical bottom for FNTN.

If fntn sentiment is completely negative and large sales can't bring the price down further, what else is left to happen, it has to go up.

Have a nice day.

Michael should adjust the target 5 mil, the company is loosing credibility that way. The same with their web site, MS said "We will have a totally new look" but when I asked for specifics, they have none. Sure every company on this earth will have a new look one day. The same with their 5 mil, when asked for the plan how to get those revenues they have no specific answer just "We will get few multimillion dollar contracts".

So far 9K in the 1st Q and that's after company saying "1999 will be totally different". Yes I know 1st Q numbers were pushed into the 2nd Q but due to SEC requirements but the bottom line is 9K.

They had plans to raise 6mil via printing more shares, well at .50's and .60's and no revenues (9K) this would bring the price to .20's. Good that they decided to raise less money (don't know the figure), still dilution is coming.
