>> Jay, I'm surprised at your comments

Let me restate. If I was standing next to Lev in his office and there was a TODO list on the wall which read ...

- visit OEMs with engineering and finance team
- check in with all OEM product managers testing cells
- create super-attractive pricing deals for initial adopters
- hire and motivate very competent OEM engineering support engineers
- find the next $2m, $5m
- support the stock price

then which of these activities would I urge Lev to focus on today?

It's all in point-of-view. I don't give a sh*t about anything not related to VLNC success ... which I define as ... putting it's cells in 50% of laptops and cellphones over the next 18-36 months.

The shorting is irrelevant.
The convertible is irrelevant.
The competition is irrelevant.
Only executing the business plan is relevant.

Of course it isn't black/white like this.

I would, however, like to see more focus on issues related to executing the business plan.

What charts? I don't know from charts ...

>> There are exogenous events transpiring that make charts useless

I don't understand how any of the events you mention have anything to do with Valence's success ... keeping in mind my definition of that abstraction ... 50% LiPoly penetration within 3 years.

I just don't get it that the stock price is important ... in the larger framework.

Also ... I love reading your posts! Thanks for your great work!
