Lance, most of the problems last August and September was when Russia devalued their currency. I remember it well. In fact, the market only rebounded when the Fed stepped in around October and cut interest rates. The rest is history.

Unless some foreign country does the same this year, September could be a different story. Keep a very close eye on China. I am.
