OOOOOO, It looks like they came close to reversing up, but did they actually reverse (the hilo and 10 week)? I thought that they fell short. XXXXXX

Hello Jerry, Doing fine and thank you. My High Low Bullish % chart reversed up tonight to the 24 box. Approximately at the spot when it reversed up on 3/4/99. If you look at the last 10 days of data you can see that today's reversal up was somewhat weak.
